Greater flexibility in pricing with date-based payment options
You can now control exactly when each payment option within a package is available by setting valid from and until dates. This makes it easy to offer Early Bird pricing, standard rates, or late registration fees without manual work or duplicate packages.
Each payment option can also be given a clear title, helping members instantly understand which price applies to them and when, while ensuring clubs always charge the right amount at the right time.
Increased control over registration submissions
We’ve added a setting that allows clubs to limit registrations to one submission per user. This gives administrators greater control and helps prevent duplicate or accidental submissions.
If a user revisits a registration they’ve already completed, it’s clearly shown that they’re already registered, creating a smoother and more transparent experience for both clubs and participants.
New dispute management for payment issues
We’ve introduced a disputes management workflow that makes it easier for clubs using Adyen to see and handle payment disputes directly in 360Player. When a member or bank opens a dispute, administrators get a clear view of the reason and status, and can provide relevant evidence or documentation as part of the defence. This gives clubs better control over payment reversals, helps streamline follow-up, and reduces uncertainty in your financial processes.
Multisport framework now available for Rugby League, Rugby Union, and Volleyball
We’ve expanded our multisport framework to support Rugby League, Rugby Union, and Volleyball, each with sport-specific terminology, match statistics, lineups, formations, and game analytics.
This means clubs in these sports get the same structured, data-driven experience as our soccer and basketball customers, with insights at both team and individual player level to support performance analysis and development.
Pickleball now supported in the drawing tool
Pickleball clubs can now use 360Player to plan and visualize training with full support in our drawing tool. Coaches can create exercises directly in the platform and use them during practices to run more structured and engaging sessions.
As one of the fastest-growing sports globally, we’re excited to support Pickleball clubs with the same professional tools used across other sports in 360Player.
